Are Relationships Really Supposed to Be This Hard?

Do any of these sound familiar:

Thoughts, memories, or emotions that make you check out when things get real in your relationship or at work?

Is This Really What You Imagined?

Do you identify with any of the following:

You recognize you are the common denominator in your former relationships and/or have been called emotionally unavailable at least once.

You are successful in so many areas of life, but become baffled and tongue-tied trying to make sense of what’s going on in your relationships and inside you?

You are motivated, engaged, and willing to do “the work” but don’t know what that would even mean or where to start?

Therapy may be for you if:

You're not in touch with your emotions…

You’re not able to talk about your emotions…

You have been told you're not emotionally available...

Your personal and professional relationships are being impacted…

You’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep doing it alone.

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to grow and heal alongside others who understand what you’re going through. In a supportive, guided setting, participants share experiences, gain perspective, and practice new ways of relating, all within the safety of a facilitated group.

While individual therapy helps you explore your inner world one-on-one, group therapy expands that work into a shared space where insight, empathy, and connection deepen together. It can be especially powerful for people navigating similar challenges, such as relationship stress, emotional awareness, or trauma recovery.

In group therapy, you’re reminded that you’re not alone and that healing often happens in community.

Our clients want to feel greater self-confidence, self-awareness, and connection with themselves and with others. Many clients come to our practice because they fear they may not have the ability or awareness themselves and they are tired of trying to wing it.

If any of this sounds familiar and you are having difficulty finding peace, clarity, and confidence in ongoing or new relationships… let's talk.

What to Expect in Therapy

Person standing on mountain ridge at sunset, symbolizing hope, resilience, and emotional transformation.

When stress and disconnection show up in your relationships, it can affect every area of life, from your emotional well-being to your focus and motivation. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin moving toward clarity and healing.

Before your first session, you’ll receive access to a secure online client portal where you’ll complete intake forms and answer a few questions to help us get started. In our first meeting, we’ll explore your goals, identify what’s been challenging, and begin to outline a plan that fits your needs.

From there, therapy becomes a collaborative process. Most clients meet weekly or biweekly to build insight, practice new tools, and explore the patterns that shape their relationships and emotional life. Our work will move at a pace that feels right for you, balancing reflection with practical steps for change.

You may feel vulnerable at times, but that’s part of the process of growth. As therapists, our role is to support and gently challenge you as you find your own voice, rebuild confidence, and create more meaningful connections. Over time, therapy can help you feel more grounded, self-aware, and capable of navigating life with authenticity and ease.
