Hello! Thanks for your interest!

When your past intrudes on your present, future or your plans and dreams... I can help. Past relationships, the family dynamics of how you grew up as well as incidents of trauma, depression and other elements can often interfere or even block your ability to move forward in relationships and life - I can help.
Everybody has a story. Being able to relay that story and feel heard while feeling safe is important to everyone and to our emotional health. I believe healing happens best in relationship with others and see it as a privilege to walk together with clients in their many seasons of life, especially the difficult ones. Although therapy can often include challenging and painful experiences, I try to leave room for humor and celebration in the midst of it. My focus is to collaborate with clients, not just to reduce painful or uncomfortable symptoms, but to renew, revitalize and to find a more fulfilling way of living life!
